We end this Nu-Metal May with a bang, and give everyone’s definitive nu-metal band, Limp Bizkit, “The Treatment.” Not wanting to take this lightly, we called in Lorin Kozlowski of the Roach Koach podcast to give us added perspective. This episode also marks the official return of our original co-host, Josh, to the show. This is not an episode to miss, Trust? us. #discussmetal #LimpBizkit #LorinKozlowski #RoachKoack

Nu-Metal May rolls on with P.O.D. on this episode of Discography Discussion. P.O.D. was the band in the late 90’s that made “Christian rock” acceptable for the masses. It’s hard to talk about a band that objectively had a major influence in the post 9/11 music scene. We decided to call in Bryan Patton of the “As the Story Grows” podcast to help us shine some light on these innovators. Also, Bryan gives his thoughts on Norma Jean, as well as some Hopesfall insight that Dan is especially interested in. #discussmetal #PayableOnDeath #POD #AsTheStoryGrows #BryanPatton

Have you ever listened to a band you grew up with and wondered “why isn’t this band more popular?” That is the question that plagued Dan and Joe throughout Spineshank’s discography. They had all the elements of a hit band, but for some reason were overshadowed by their peers. If you are looking for a good nu-metal experience, you really can’t go wrong with Spineshank…..mostly. #discussmetal #Spineshank #numetalmay

When a band loses their most iconic member it can be devastating. It can be nearly impossible to come back in the eyes of fans. No matter what you do, it doesn't “sound the same”. Joined by Jon Beatty of the BREWtally Speaking podcast, Dan and Joe try to answer the question; “Did Drowning Pool recover? Or did they drown in a pool of mediocrity? #discussmetal #NuMetalMay #DrowningPool
